Ordering & Payment

• All orders require a valid Jordanian phone number
• We currently only accept cash on delivery (COD) in Jordanian dinar
• Prices are in JOD and inclusive of standard delivery within Jordan

Delivery Policy

• Delivery only available within Jordan
• 3-5 business day delivery after order confirmation
• Customer must be available to receive and pay for package

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, with original tags
• Customer covers return shipping costs in Jordan
• Refunds processed in cash upon return inspection
