Currently, Goth Grotto only operates within Jordan. We only accept Jordanian phone numbers and ship to Jordanian addresses. This may change in the future as we grow.

Each collection is available for a limited time only, typically 2-3 months. Once a collection ends, those specific designs are retired and won't be reproduced. Follow our social media for collection timelines.

We currently only accept cash on delivery (COD) within Jordan. This helps us keep operations simple as a small business. We're exploring online payment options for future implementation.

Yes! Every Goth Grotto piece is designed by our small team in Amman. We don't resell or rebrand - all designs are exclusive to our brand and reflect our unique gothic vision.
